• Contact Data: Email address and phone number.
• Financial Data: Payment history (we do not store raw credit card numbers; these are handled by Paystack/Stripe).
• Health & Fitness Data: Information you voluntarily provide, such as weight, height, workout completion logs, progress photos, and challenge results.
• Usage Data: How you interact with our app (videos watched, buttons clicked).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide and improve the Fitventry service:

• To manage your account and challenge participation.
• To process payments and creator payouts.
• To track your progress within a challenge (e.g., leaderboards).
• To send service notifications (e.g., "Challenge starts tomorrow").

We do not sell your personal health data to third-party advertisers.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted third parties required to run the service:

• Payment Processors: Paystack and Stripe (for transaction processing).
• Cloud Infrastructure: DigitalOcean and Cloudinary (for hosting videos and data).
• Legal Requirements: If required by law enforcement or a court order.

4. Creator Access

When you join a challenge, the Creator of that challenge may see your profile name and your progress within that specific challenge. They do not have access to your private billing details or unrelated health data.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time. To request account deletion, please use the "Delete Account" function in settings or email us at fitventry@gmail.com.
