Copyright Policy (DMCA)

Fitventry respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Fitventry service.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content on Fitventry infringes your copyright, please submit a notice to our Designated Copyright Agent including the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (please provide the URL or Challenge ID).
  • Your contact information (Address, telephone number, and email).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complaining party. If they do not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the content.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Fitventry reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
